Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse for the Medical Management Unit (MMU) on a 36-hour night shift. The RN will work under supervision to deliver high-quality care aligned with Lahey Clinic’s standards and the MA Nurse Practice Act.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, delegation, teamwork and leadership in care delivery for patients across the continuum, with a focus on safety, education, and evidence-based practice in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program and MA RN license.
• ACLS certification and BLS certification required.
• 1 year RN experience in Emergency or Critical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care with organizational skills for assigned patients.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with health care team across the continuum.
• Delegate and supervise care according to nursing practice act and unit policies.
• Support ongoing education and quality improvement within the team.
