Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, is seeking an RN for the Medical Intermediate Care Unit. This full-time, 0.90 FTE night shift (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a $4.50 night differential.

The Staff Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, document progress, and coordinate with the medical staff. Penn State Health offers tuition discounts and comprehensive benefits for staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed as RN in the state of employment or multistate compact license.
• AHA BLS certification required before end of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for designated patients.
• Develop written plan of nursing care including education and discharge planning.
• Document care and patient progress; collaborate with medical staff.
