Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS and NRP certifications required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
• Prior L&D or acute care RN experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EPIC) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer safe, evidence-based medications and care.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to support timely care decisions.
• Educate patients and families clearly and compassionately.
• Document accurately in the EMR to promote continuity of care.
