Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical patient care within the scope of an RN.
• Assess, intervene and reassess patient pain and symptoms.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans.
• Lead daily huddles and serve as a liaison across departments.
• Respond to clinical and behavioral escalations and participate in quality initiatives.
