Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN with Labor and Delivery experience for a 13-week, 12-hour night shift assignment in Minnesota. The unit handles L&D and postpartum care with dedicated charge nurses and on-call anesthesia/OB-neonatology support. Must titrate drips and work within established nurse-patient ratios.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year RN experience, valid license, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP). EMR experience is beneficial for charting and patient monitoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
• Must have labor and delivery, medsurg and pediatrics experience

Responsibilities

• Read telemetry strips with support from charge nurses
• Titrate drips as needed per protocol
• Float to Med Surg or Pediatrics when census allows
• Communicate with charge nurse and OB/Neonatology on-call expectations
• Follow nurse-patient ratios and assignment guidelines
