The unit supports 19 beds, with 14 Labor rooms and 2 birth suites, and provides 24-hour coverage by hospitalist and obstetric teams. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining professional standards and compliance with licensure.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Directs care and coordinates with interdisciplinary team, manages time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate: Reassesses outcomes and revises plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains licensure, compliant with regulations, and accurate documentation.
