Job summary

Brigham City Community Hospital is actively seeking a Women’s Services RN to provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery and Postpartum/Couplet settings. You will craft individualized care plans through assessment and planning while supporting new families during this critical time.

The role requires current Utah RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and Labor & Delivery experience. Certifications like STABLE and NRP are preferred, with ongoing education supported by the hospital.

Qualifications

• Current State of Utah or Compact RN license.
• BLS/BCLS and certification within 7 days of hire.
• ACLS/ALS certification required; maintain after hire.
• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification within 90 days of hire.
• NRP certification preferred; obtain within 90 days of hire if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Welcome perinatal patients to the LDRP Unit and provide a secure, confident care plan.
• Respond quickly to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding fetal monitoring and test results.
• Perform nursing duties across Maternal Child health care continuum.
• Participate in department process improvement activities.
• Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
