• Minimum one year of experience in this position.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient progress and evaluates outcomes.
• Performs standard nursing procedures and documents plans and discharge instructions.
• Delivers health-related education to patients as needed.
• Administers medications and handles basic IV and phlebotomy as required.
