A healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their clinical team at Peoria County Jail. This position requires providing patient care under supervision and involves responsibilities such as assessing treatment programs, administering medications, and documenting care. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential, alongside a nursing degree and relevant certifications. The role is PRN during night shifts. Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.
• Implement medical plans by administering medications.
• Count controlled substances as required.
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form.
• Communicate information to nursing staff and physicians.
