UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Night Shift RN for the Surgical Specialties Unit. This full-time role requires night hours, 72 hours per pay period, with a higher pay rate for nights and a quarterly incentive program worth $1,600 for full-time night staff.

Minimum requirements include RN licensure in Colorado, BLS, and at least 6 months of RN experience. A BSN is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; current RN license in Colorado.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification; other life support certificates as required.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in Acute Care/Med-Surg units.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status per protocols.
• Support orientation and training for new staff as needed.
