Job summary

UCHealth's Short Stay Unit in Fort Collins is seeking a registered nurse for the night shift. This onsite role requires a valid RN license, 6 months of RN experience, and BLS certification.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support evidence-based practice on a high-acuity unit. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range ($35.29–$54.71) with a quarterly night-shift incentive and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Active RN license in the state.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• BLS certification required before start date and valid through post-start.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Short Stay Unit using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Demonstrate evidence-based practice and patient safety.
• Precept new staff or students as needed.
