Job summary

UCHealth’s Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO is seeking a qualified RN for night shift. This onsite role requires current Colorado RN licensure, BLS, and at least 6 months of RN experience. The position offers a night shift incentive and a comprehensive benefits program.

Night schedule comprises 72 hours per pay period with a $1,600 quarterly incentive for full-time night shift staff. Preference given to BSN candidates and those with strong critical care skills.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible to practice in Colorado.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross before start date.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Mentor/precept new staff or students as needed.
• Commit to evidence-based practice and high-quality care.
