UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time, night-shift position in the Surgical Unit. The role is onsite only, with a 72-hour per pay period schedule and a pay range of $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The Night Shift Incentive Program offers an additional $1,600 quarterly for full-time night shift RNs and LPNs, supporting continued excellence in patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of nursing experience.
• BLS certification required and valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process at top of scope.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritizes wellness, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
• Precepts new staff and students to UCHealth clinical standards.
• Contributes to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
