Job summary

ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the 3MOU Medical Observation Unit in Wilmington, DE. This FT night-shift role (7p–7a) covers weekends and holidays per department guidelines, with a fast-paced observation setting and a typical 12–32 hour observation length.

The unit focuses on adult patients under observation, with opportunities to cross-train to other units and contribute to patient care across a dynamic care continuum.

Qualifications

• Active RN license for Delaware or compact license.
• Two years RN experience in acute or sub-acute care preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Care for adult medical patients under observation status on the 3MOU unit.
• Provide bedside nursing care during the 7p–7a shift.
• Collaborate with cross-trained teams across related units as needed.
