Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is recruiting a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for the 1W Medical Observation Unit in Wilmington, DE. This Weekender Incentive Program role requires working 3 of 4 weekends on a 12-hour shift schedule (7:00 PM - 7:30 PM) with the department's guidelines.

The unit is a dynamic 8-bed observation unit; cross-training opportunities to 3 West are available. Eligible candidates have DE or Compact RN license, BLS, and 2 years of RN experience; BSN preferred with commitment

Qualifications

• DE RN license or Compact RN license.
• BSN preferred or commitment to BSN within 3 years.
• Two years of RN experience required; acute or sub-acute care preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care on 3MOU (Medical Observation Unit).
• Cross-train on 3 West, Wilmington Hospital's cardiac care unit.
• Support weekend coverage per WIP scheduling rules.
