ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the 3 Medical Observation Unit (3MOU) in Wilmington, DE. The unit handles adult medical patients under observation status with high turnover and potential cross-training in 3 West for cardiac care.

The position is full-time on the Night Shift (7p–7a), with weekend and holiday rotation as per department guidelines. A DE or Compact RN license, BSN preferred, and two years of RN experience are required.

• DE RN license or Compact RN license.
• BSN preferred or the commitment to obtaining a BSN within 3 years of hire.
• All applicants must have two years of RN experience.
• BLS required.
