Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years RN experience.
• RN license (single state) or multi-state compact.

• Demonstrated time management and critical thinking in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and family, ensuring patient goals guide the plan.
• Utilize bedside shift reports, rounds, and patient teaching to keep patients informed.
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
