Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years RN experience in direct patient care.
• Licensed as RN in Georgia.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care reflecting age, gender, and disease considerations.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to align goals with the plan of care.
• Maintain current clinical practice standards and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Ensure timely documentation and support a safe, high-quality clinical environment.
