Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or diploma; BSN preferred.
• RN license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience, direct patient care.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based care.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting age, gender, culture.
• Coordinate care with patients and families and ensure goals are met.
• Practice according to current clinical standards and safety policies.
