Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Nursing team and provide patient care across units using evidence-based practice.

You will perform nursing assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient responses while coordinating with physicians and staff to maintain high-quality care. Arizona RN license or compact license and BLS are required; unit-specific certifications may be pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license or compact state RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months for certain units.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients.
• Perform nursing assessments and document findings.
• Develop and implement the plan of care and evaluate outcomes.
• Coordinate with physicians, other nurses, and care teams.
• Lead unit nursing personnel and ensure quality and patient satisfaction.
