• Licensed in Ohio as an RN.

Responsibilities

• The RN-CNI provides patient care in a busy CVICU setting.
• Cares for post-op cardiac patients including CABG, valve procedures, heart transplant, VAD, thoracic procedures.
• Documents nursing process accurately and coordinates interdisciplinary care.
• Involves patients and families in treatment plans and decision making.
• Mentors new staff and supports unit operations and professional development.

Education
