Qualifications

• Associates degree/diploma in nursing or BSN preferred.
• Active RN license required; multi-state compact preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required on hire or within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily unit activities on assigned shift to ensure safe care delivery.
• Act as caregiver, may take modified patient care assignments.
• Lead team with managers, support governance and evidence-based practice.
