Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the full-time night shift at Columbia County Medical Center. You will work with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while serving as the liaison among patients, families, providers, and staff.

Qualifications

• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• BLS - Basic Life Support - Instructor or BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support
• RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact or RN - Reg Nurse (Single State)

Responsabilités

• Patient care and care coordination to promote outcomes and adherence to the care plan.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and supports safety and quality.
• Mentors and precepts other nurses and upholds confidentiality and professional standards.
