Job summary
AdventHealth seeks an experienced Registered Nurse leader to coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology and anesthesia in a night shift setting at Riverview, Florida. Candidates should hold an Associate's in Nursing (required) and a Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred), with strong supervision and Cerner experience.
Qualifications
- RN license in Florida (Required)
- Associate's degree in Nursing is required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR system preferred
- Strong leadership and supervision experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology and anesthesia.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
- Monitor progress, adjust care plans as needed, document outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and providers for coordinated care.
- Manage daily schedules and staffing for the endoscopy unit.
