Job summary

UCHealth Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo is seeking a full-time Acute Care Float Pool RN for nights. This on-site role offers a 0.9 FTE schedule (72 hours per pay period) and requires RN licensure, NIHSS within 6 months, and BLS.

You will work nights or D/N in an acute care setting, delivering direct patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Salary ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, with a quarterly Night Shift Incentive Program of $1,600 for full-time night staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and state RN licensure.
• 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
• NIHSS within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in acute care units.
• Utilize nursing process within a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain safety and quality at point of care.
