Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an on-site Registered Nurse for the Acute Care Float Pool in Colorado. The role involves direct patient care across units, utilizing the nursing process, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. A strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and precepting new staff is included.

Typical day includes day/night rotations with a 72-hour pay period and comprehensive benefits. Must have RN license and BLS; 6 months RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program or state board approved nursing program.
• State licensure as an RN.
• 6 months of RN experience.
• BLS/CPR through AHA or Red Cross with card in-hand before start date and valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
