UCHealth Memorial Hosp Central in Colorado Springs is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse in the Staffing Office / Float Pool. The role is full-time and onsite with a night schedule.

The pay range is $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, dependent on experience, plus a quarterly night-shift incentive of $1,600 ($6,400/year) for full-time staff. Minimum requirements include RN licensure, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and relevant obstetric/women and infants experience or UCHealth

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; or eligible if <3 years experience
• State RN license; relevant certification as position requires
• 6 months Women and Infants RN experience or completion UCHealth Fellowship
• NRP within 6 months of hire
• BLS from AHA/Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer; card valid through 60 days after hire

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope direct patient care using the nursing process
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes
• Support wellness and evidence-based practice for patients
• Model proficiency by precepting learners and new staff
