Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz Pavilion in Aurora is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Acute Care Float Pool. This on-site position supports Day/Night rotation (or Nights) with a 72-hour per two-week schedule.

You will deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold safety and quality standards at the point of care. Minimum requirements include RN licensure, graduation from an approved program, at least 6 months RN experience, and BLS

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved RN program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
• BLS - card must be current through start date or renewals through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Prioritize safety and quality at the point of care.
• Mentor or precept new staff as applicable.
