Job summary

ProMedica’s Monroe Regional Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for Night shift. The RN coordinates a patient’s plan of care, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, while collaborating with the care team to achieve patient outcomes.

You will interact with patients and families, practicing open communication, mutual respect and shared decision‑making within a diverse care team. A valid RN license and CPR training are required.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient plan of care, assess, diagnose, and plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Interact with patients, families and health care team through open communication and mutual respect.
• Work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
