Job summary

ProMedica's Monroe Regional Hospital Med Surg Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care during day shifts. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, coordinating with patients, families and the health care team to achieve outcomes.

This full-time role offers 36 weekly hours, competitive benefits and opportunities for specialty certifications. Current Michigan RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• Ohio nurse practice code continuing education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plan and communicate with patient, families and health-care team.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
• Contribute to improving patient care, work environment and staff satisfaction.
