Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Acute care team. The RN will coordinate a patient’s plan of care, interact with patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to implement and evaluate care plans.

A focus on improving patient outcomes and staff satisfaction is central to the role. Qualified applicants hold an active Ohio RN license and current CPR certification; specialty certifications are unit-specific.

Qualifications

• Must hold current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Must have current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient’s plan of care and interact with patient, families and health care team.
• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis; plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
• Contribute to improving patient care, work environment and staff satisfaction.
