Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• BSN required per update as of 4/27/2025.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from the care team.
• Plan and develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement care with the interdisciplinary team and proper delegation.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the care plan as needed.
