• Second preference to employee on current unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide care based on the nursing process for a designated patient population.
• Demonstrates clinical assessment and care planning skills.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team for the plan of care from admission through discharge.
• Educates patients and families based on age, culture, and willingness to learn.
