Job summary

LEGOLAND Florida is seeking a Ride Technician Team Leader to supervise a field-based team performing safety-critical inspections and preventive maintenance on rides and attractions. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, leadership of the wider team, and acting as Technical Services Duty Manager when required.

The position is predominately night shifts (5:00 PM–5:30 AM) with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience installing, maintaining, and servicing electromechanical equipment.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and knowledge of tools used to troubleshoot rides and systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team for safety-critical inspections and preventive maintenance of rides and attractions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform corrective maintenance on complex electromechanical systems.
• Plan and order spare parts; train technicians; maintain workshop standards; respond to emergency maintenance.
