Job summary

LEGOLAND® Florida Resort in Winter Haven, FL seeks an Entertainment Lead to serve as a key operational leader within the Entertainment department. The role combines stage management and company management with daily oversight of shows, events, and guest experiences.

You will manage multiple performances each day, lead cast and crew, and coordinate with technicians and other teams to ensure headline quality and a seamless resort-wide entertainment experience for children and families.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stage management, entertainment operations, or live event production.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple shows and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and operational oversight for all assigned Entertainment shows, events, and experiences.
• Maintain working knowledge of all show positions for smooth operation.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for performers, technicians, and staff.
