AdventHealth in Overland Park, KS is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist for night shifts. You will administer respiratory therapies, monitor patient responses, and manage ventilation needs across neonatal to geriatric patients. Proficiency in ABG sampling and EMR documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science.
• NBRC credential maintenance required as applicable.
• Active BLS/ACLS/PALS/PALS certifications per NBRC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Set up and supervise ventilators and airway management.
• Perform ABG punctures and gas analyses with sterile technique.
• Document all patient data in EMR and ensure infection control.
