Qualifications

• NBRC-RRT certification is required.
• State licensure as RRT/RCP is required.
• BCLS certification is required; Instructor status preferred.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status through focused exams and breath sounds.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy including oxygen and medications.
• Manage ventilation by assisting with invasive and noninvasive support.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with the care team.
• Maintain and clean equipment; ensure infection-prevention standards.
