Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for the Maple Grove campus to provide respiratory care, oxygen delivery, ventilator management, and diagnostic assessments under physician supervision.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an approved respiratory therapy program, possess strong communication and computer skills, and demonstrate initiative and reliable, patient-focused care. Nights shift, on-site, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved JRCRTE/COARC respiratory program. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• New Graduate RT will be considered.
• Strong planning, time management and detail-oriented skills.
• Solid PC skills including electronic medical record systems and MS applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care including oxygen administration and ventilator management.
• Evaluate and recommend respiratory care services under physician supervision.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality customer service and infection control standards.
