Qualifikationen

• BLS within 30 days of hire; AHA or ARC accepted.
• Indiana Respiratory Care credential required prior to hire.
• NBRC Registered credential within 12 months of hire.
• Advanced Life Support preferred; Neonatal & Pediatric ACLS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop individualized care plans based on diagnoses and respiratory needs.
• Implement advanced respiratory therapies with state-of-the-art equipment.
• Direct life-saving interventions as part of the emergency resuscitation team.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and transitions home.
• Monitor and adjust treatments to optimize patient outcomes.
