Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Night Shift Respiratory Therapist for the Sonoran Crossing Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. This role operates and administers respiratory care equipment for general and critical care units, with a rotating schedule and a sign-on bonus up to $7,500.

You will monitor ventilators, perform ABG analysis, and document patient responses, while assisting with transports and resuscitations as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 2-year AMA-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor level or AMA-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner and Registered Respiratory Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and administer respiratory care equipment in general and critical care areas.
• Perform arterial blood gas analysis, co-oximetry, and related pulmonary function tests.
• Manage mechanical ventilators and adjust settings as ordered.
• Assist with patient transport and therapy administration to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.
• Document treatments, tests, and patient responses in the medical record.
