Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• People: provide in the moment coaching; recognize associates; ensure training requirements are met.
• Replenishment: supervise unload, packout, and packing; ensure timely freight movement.
• Safety: enforce safety policies, PPE use, and hazard corrections.
• Shared Manager On Duty: close shifts, validate priorities, and ensure store readiness.
