The position features three 12-hour night shifts weekly, a focus on safety, documentation, and helping clients navigate treatment and social services within a supportive hospital network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of recovery-based experience.
• Willingness to travel within a 60-mile radius for cross coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical individual and group support to develop recovery care plans.
• Educate individuals on recovery models and recovery tools.
• Connect clients with community resources and social determinants of health services.
