DeTar Healthcare System seeks a Radiology Technologist I for the night shift (Fri-Sun, 7pm-7am) in Texas. You will perform radiographic procedures, ensure patient safety, and support radiology operations with accurate documentation.

The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure, and BCLS. Strong attention to detail, patient communication, and proficiency with EHR/RIS are essential.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of clinical radiologic technologist experience.
• Solid knowledge of imaging techniques and patient positioning.
• Understanding of ALARA radiation safety principles.
• Proficient with EHR and RIS systems.
• Commitment to HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic procedures accurately and reproducibly.
• Adhere to ALARA principles and safety guidelines during imaging.
• Prepare patients, verify orders, and explain procedures clearly.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and infection control standards.
• Document and organize imaging studies for radiologist interpretation.
• Communicate effectively with care teams to support patient care.
