Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technologist for on-site work at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth in the Radiology Diagnostic Services department. This full-time role requests ARRT certification and a focus on patient safety, image quality, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities include performing X-ray procedures, assisting radiologists with complex cases, and ensuring proper image transfer to PACS.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Certification as ARRT preferred; TDH/TMB eligibility required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and guardians before and during exams.
• Image the correct anatomical area per department protocols.
• Perform complex procedures with attention to age-related and developmental factors.
• Assist radiologists with invasive procedures using aseptic technique.
• Process and transfer images to PACS and ensure image quality.
