Providence Milwaukie Hospital in Milwaukie, OR is seeking a Radiology Technologist for the Part-Time/Night Shift (Sun-Mon-Tue or Wed-Thu-Fri) to perform imaging exams per physician orders using advanced imaging equipment.

Eligible external candidates can earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus; the role requires Oregon Radiographer License, ARRT certification within 6 months, and BLS; join a team focused on ALARA and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Radiographer License upon hire, Or
• Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire.
• New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.
• National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging examinations according to physicians orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated imaging equipment, taking into account individual patients unique and/or age-related needs. Utilizes clinical knowledge and judgment in regard for proper positioning factors, radiation dose calibration of technique and patient treatment needed to produce optimal high quality images.
