Job summary

Providence Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, OR, is seeking a Radiology Technologist for full-time evening shift (Tue–Fri, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.). You’ll perform imaging exams, ensure proper patient positioning, and manage radiation dose with ALARA.

Eligible external candidates may receive a $6,000 sign-on bonus in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that begins on day one. Requirements include Oregon Radiographer License on hire, plus ARRT certification within 180 days; temporary OBMI

Qualifications

• Oregon Radiographer License required on hire.
• Temporary license acceptable on hire with permanent license within 6 months.
• ARRT certification required within 180 days of hire.
• Temporary OBMI license may be required for new grads.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging examinations per physician orders using diverse equipment.
• Position patients correctly and calibrate doses to produce high-quality images.
• Minimize radiation exposure consistent with ALARA principles.
