Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Radiographer License upon hire, Or
• Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire.
• National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging examinations according to physicians orders, utilizing a variety of imaging equipment, ensuring proper patient positioning and radiation dose calibration.
• Maintains ALARA principles to minimize exposure for patient and staff.
• Provides patient care considering age-related needs while producing high-quality images.
