Job summary

ORIZON Aerostructures is seeking a Quality Inspector for night shift to ensure product quality and process conformance. You will document inspections, read blueprints, and operate precision gauges to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires proficiency with calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and quality documentation. On-site Chanute facility offers an engaging environment with strict quality standards and continuous improvement emphasis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better required with strong inspection foundation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and inspection prints.
• Proficiency in measuring with calipers, micrometers, depth gauges and indicators.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter information into AS9102 reports.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and other systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, and prints.
• Perform basic CMM operations and manual inspections.
• Ensure documentation is current and complete.
• Support RMA/MRR processes and internal audits.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
