Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Familiar with ISO9001, AS9100, Nadcap and Quality Management Systems.
• 3+ years in a Quality Department; aerospace quality a plus.
• Ability to read/interpret English documents and instructions.
• Ability to write notes and communicate in English; Spanish a plus.
• Must pass required eye exam.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Review Route Cards for completeness and compliance.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues (defects, counts).
• Perform contract reviews comparing customer requirements to docs.
• Review certifications after order completion before release.
• Assist in spec/procedure/route card changes.
• Perform incoming gauge checks and maintain calibration for external gauges.
• Follow all procedures and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Verify route cards are accurate from release to final inspection.
• Verify customer recording/reporting is complete and accurate.
• Inspect parts before releasing to packaging.
• Assist in internal audits and external supplier audits.
• Delegate reworks at final inspection as needed.
• Drive zero defects using quality, lean, and CI tools.
• Read and interpret customer drawings and instructions.
