Job summary

Enjet Aero, Llc in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a Quality Inspector for night shift to perform in-process and final inspections, ensuring parts meet print and GD&T specifications. This role reports to the Quality Manager and includes a 20% shift differential.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, using gages and CMMs, maintaining inspection documentation, and upholding AS 9100 standards. A strong focus on accuracy and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years reading blueprints and GD&T (aerospace preferred).
• 5+ years inspection gauging and visual inspection experience (aerospace preferred).
• 5+ years manufacturing experience including document control and job operations.
• 2+ years of coordinate measuring machines; Faro Arm training provided.
• Ability to work well with others as a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for documenting inspection results.
• General computer knowledge and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprint and GD&T requirements.
• Comply to customer specifications and requirements.
• Use inspection gauges such as micrometers, test indicators, Faro Arm, and optical comparator.
• Inspect with CMM machines / coordinate measuring systems.
• Complete in-process and final inspections as required.
• Create mold castings and interpret results using optical comparator.
• Visual inspection for defects and UVCs.
• Complete all paperwork, including inspection reports and CMM report reviews.
